Project Guidelines

To build a backgammon board for myself, using just spare plywood

Project Outcomes

To learn how to design, build, and finish and functioning and aesthetically pleasing board from plain, spare wood.

After taking measurements and doing sketches, I made a cut sheet and machined the wood into my desired sizes. I then sanded and finished the wood thoroughly to build a board that was not only functional, but comfortable, before I began to paint it, then finally assembled it into the finished product.
